Clipper City Rail Trail

Clipper City Rail Trails

The 1.1-mile, multi-use Clipper City Rail Trail and Harbor Walk connects the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) commuter rail station and the Merrimack River near downtown Newburyport. The trail is a mix of environments: an industrial park, a neighborhood and the waterfront. The paved pathway connects stairways and spur trails that lead to neighborhood streets. Trail users will find urban amenities, such as ice cream parlors, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants.

Testimonials

"You As you consider realtors you may want to work with, I am writing you this brief note today, to offer my strong endorsement of Sandy Berkenbush and her Stoneridge Properties team. During the past year Sandy has done an excellent job for us in completing the sales of 4 building lots and one home, with two more lots to be closed in the coming months. Once we had resolved some tax lien delays, Sandy was able to move our properties very quickly at or very close to our listing prices. We have been appreciative of Sandy's skill in helping us to navigate various town committees. We always felt well informed on the status of her efforts with prospective buyers. She collaborated very well with our attorney. I also believe her to be an honest straight shooter and that is a statement I do not make lightly this."

Best wishes to you,
Bill Barry
